Healthy smoothies made with 100% organic ingredients. We don’t make our smoothies with boring water and unhealthy milk. We substitute water with coconut water. This adds more healthy benefits like potassium. Coconut water also happens to be fat free, low in calories, and cholesterol free. The coconut flavor adds richness to our fruit smoothies and compliments the fresh fruits we use such as apple, banana, and blueberries.

Health Benefits

For those who are lactose-intolerant or just enjoy the benefits of staying away from lactose, we use almond milk, soy milk, and hemp milk for some of our fruit smoothie recipes. Almond milk contains no saturated fat or cholesterol and also has a list of other healthy benefits such as Vitamin E and fiber. Soy milk has zero cholesterol and also contains unsaturated fat. Some studies show that it can prevent prostate cancer and even Osteoporosis. Hemp milk is taken from the seeds of the hemp plant. It is a great way to soak up healthy nutrients like Vitamin E, Iron, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and many more. And although we get asked about it, hemp milk doesn’t contain the chemical THC (found in marijuana). Those three choices for milk are better alternatives to dairy milk for any smoothie.

Fresh fruits are not the only fresh ingredient we use. Fresh vegetables like kale and spinach also add to the experience in our 100% organic and completely healthy smoothies. But it was important for us to add in other healthy components like walnuts, almonds, honey, raisins, coconut flakes and more.

With a variety of choices we have perfectly healthy smoothies for you. For an added mixture of cholesterol free fun our Second Date smoothie contains almond milk and coconut water. It also includes kale, banana, walnut, dates, and cinnamon. The Happy Hippie appropriately comes with hemp milk, banana, walnuts, almonds, raisins, and honey. Our King Kales comes with coconut water, apple, kale, Brazilian nuts, agave, banana, while our Queen Kale packs a fruitier punch with pineapple, mango, almond milk, agave as well as kale and spinach.
